ABOUT ABOUT

‘Developing Women Leaders’ is an insightful and inspiring event, run by Sally Dhillon, (co-founder of Career-Mums Partnership).

There is a shortage of woman leaders across the region, with significant under-representation of women in senior positions across all sectors, despite government initiatives for companies to have at least 1/3rd of their board positions filled with women within the next 3 years. Taking this into account, themes explored in this event will include:-

  •       How do we develop more women leaders?

  •       What are the barriers to more women stepping forward and how do we address them?

  •       How do we develop more women leaders and engage them more effectively in the local economy?

This event is ideally suited to anyone who wants to play a role in the economic growth of the region and has a role in developing leaders and/or developing your own leadership skills.
