Join experts from Coventry University and Coventry City Council for a fun, informative and interactive lunch time seminar focusing on physical and mental health for you and your workforce.
In 2016, 45% of working days lost in the UK due to ill health were because of stress and UK businesses are losing up to 23 billion pounds each year through absenteeism and presenteeism. You will learn techniques to help you energise and focus yourself and your team during busy work schedules, learn more about the health and wellbeing Charter, discover what “Mindfulness” really is and have the opportunity to take a mini health check* with some of Coventry University’s Health and Life Sciences students.
You will also get the opportunity to take a quick tour of Coventry University’s brand new Science and Health Building which offers state-of-the-art facilities for teaching and research and is a new modern multidisciplinary building that includes state-of-the-art healthcare simulation, research and ‘super-lab’ environments.
