ABOUT ABOUT

May 2017 saw companies paying their first monthly Apprenticeship Levy payment, however only a few are set up to gain the most out of their digital funds. There are ways to utilise the Levy to upskill your existing employees of all levels and age groups, as well as recruiting new degree apprentices.

This informative seminar is to offer employers the opportunity to understand more about the Levy, as well as for Non-Levy payers, to hear from an employer who is employing Degree Apprentices for succession planning of their business, and from two Degree Apprentices themselves as to why they chose this route over the traditional path of attending University.

Degree Apprenticeships will be widely recognised and respected as a highly effective means for all employers to build their pipeline of talented future staff.
Degree Apprenticeships differ from historical Apprenticeships as they are being designed by companies and professional bodies across the country, ensuring they are specific to what their businesses need to grow and prosper. Employers will feel full ownership of apprenticeships, designing and owning the content of all apprenticeship standards and assessments.
