ABOUT ABOUT

We live in challenging times. Global political and environmental change and economic uncertainties conflate with rapid social and technological acceleration to provide an uncertain outlook for many. For staff, balancing the demands of work and life can be even more challenging, particularly with businesses coming under increasing financial pressure to cut costs.

This session is designed to provide employers with a range of practical tools and interventions to encourage employee resilience (the ability to deliver under increased stress or pressure). Increasing resilience within your staff population is an essential component in encouraging the retention, wellness, happiness and productivity of your workforce and will impact positively on your bottom line.

With stress being the number one cause of absence from work, mental health in the workplace is now a critical priority for employers.

This session will help you to reduce absenteeism through stress or poor mental health, improve productivity and retain talent which will result in lower recruitment costs and a more robust, happy and confident workforce.
